Flash drive cannot be recognized on iPad Pro 9,7 even with the latest firmware. Please fix it.

On iPad Air 1 and and iOS 9.2 the app isnt working at all, it just crashes. As it is the app and the costly device are useless, please update!! Morover, the pen drive is often not recognized when plugged in the iPad. Really update is needed to bug fixes for iPad, it is urgent please!!!

I got the flash drive mainly to store music and play the songs while at the gym via iPhone. The app doesnt seem to have the ability to SHUFFLE SONGS, which is a bummer!! It seems limiting with the options provided. I hope they update the app and add this feature to it.

First of all this didnt work at all on 9.3.1. Then on the website it says there is a problem with that but people with 9.3.2 beta are no longer having problems. Well they are incorrect, while the files such as movies will now play on 9.3.2 beta, you can not pause or fast forward without it freezing up and ultimately you then have to hard close the app completely to bring it up again. Amazing waste of money on this product and app. Do not buy until you read that the issues have been fixed.

I love this drive. It helps me easily store files for my iPad Pro and transfer them to my Windows PC. Highly recommended for tablet users. p.s. Im using it with iOS 9.3.1 and have had no problems. It also works well with my iPhone 6S.

Thing did nothing but waist my time. Dont bother with it.

Spent $50.00 for 32GB ScanDisc yesterday at Best Buy. Downloaded the free app. Transferred 2,640 photo and video files from my iPhone 6 with 64GB. 3easy steps. 1) plugged ScanDisk into my iPhones charger socket 2) selected all videos and photos 3) transferred them to devise and unplugged when done. Then I plugged my ScanDisk into Windows 10 laptop and copied the files to my laptops external 3 TB hard drive. Freed up 17GB on my phone. Only down side was my battery was fully charged and it just survived the long transfer. I will be choosing their newest feature, (now that my photos are cleared) auto upload of photos & videos each time you plug in the devise. It keeps track of which ones have already been uploaded.

The latest iOS update seems to have fixed a lot of things including performance.

A great idea, for myself and Apple fans. Honestly its just too slow in the hands of the modern texter... thumbs of fury meet transfer times that move like pond water. Couple that with navigation issues only a greyhound bus in a wal mart parking lot could relate to, and there you go. I do love the freedom it gives you, and overall cant wait for the upgrade:)

I dont understand how this drive can struggle so hard to sync. I did manage to sync all my camera roll items in December (after many many attempts, continuations and struggles) it finally transferred all the files at that time. For the last couple months I have tried to continue to sync my camera roll and it never works. If it actually starts, it will sync a few photos and then just stop, or act like I never stated syncing in the first place. This device is now useless to me as I cannot backup my camera roll to it successfully and that was the entire reason I bought it. Im so very disappointed. How could you continue to release updates to an app that fix absolutely nothing?

I would love to write a positive review but I cannot. The upload from the computer to the usb is seamless. Getting the app started is easy. However when you go to use the functionality such as try to select pictures to transfer from phone to device it is non existent. Does not work! The music works sometimes and the video works well but just dont pause it or the app will freeze. Very Disappointed!

Im on iPhone 6s-- app crashes the second it opens. Seems to work fine when the drive is unplugged. Can still access the drive and its files from a computer.

This product does not work as advertised. It does not store photos, videos or music from your IPhone. It does not even recognize the device. It is a waste of money.

Im down to 1GB of place on my phone and the app keeps on crashing. I need to backup my images ASAP. Im very upset with Sandisk

I love the USB expansion and this was a good app. However, I updated last night and now the app crashes every time I try to auto/manually update camera roll. It also crashes every time I try to select items to add from my iPhone. I dont know if its because of the app or the firmware update I did last night.
