urgent update needed

On iPad Air 1 and and iOS 9.2 the app isnt working at all, it just crashes. As it is the app and the costly device are useless, please update!!
Morover, the pen drive is often not recognized when plugged in the iPad.
Really update is needed to bug fixes for iPad, it is urgent please!!!
