Easy, fast.

For picture transfer it takes long time.

Great app to use with lightning/usb but please enable divx videos. They are the right size. Mov files are usually too big. Thank you

Just what the title says, videos and other files bigger than 4 gigabytes will NOT be transferred. Transfer ends with an errorenous message at the end about lack of file space.

Running IOS 9.0.2 in iPhone 6+, Windows 10 in PC. I had expected functioning device & software and find myself taught a harsh lesson on reliability. Customer satisfaction is something entirely different - quite definitely!

For the fact you can play videos directly from stick and transfer so easily Data even to non-Mac-Users Laptop or other USB devices

the app keeps crashing everytime it prepares to sync. it loads for a long time and then the app crashes. Also happens when it is syncing files. HELP! Fix it!

This app is nice but needs a shuffle option for playing music. Please add in a future update. Thanks

Perfect solution for my 16gb iPhone 6 which was almost full. Easy to use. The lightning connector is in an odd place and it doesnt swivel it bends which is kind of odd. Dont know how long it will last bending back and fourth

The app is really handy and useful and is very intuitive and I can a lot of things through it. However there is just one thing that makes it perfect is that it needs an update to iPhone 6 plus as it is out scaled and doesnt look good so please update it and when that happens I will leave you a 5 star rating.

Not worth buying or using, it doesnt support exFat format. So it cannot support files larger than 4 gb.

Great for people who use iPhone as a camera but already have it loaded with music and apps. Also nice knowing you have a backup.

I really love this product and the app but the only thing is , it only support fat32 , so you cannot put files larger than 4gb ! I dont understant why ! I know that since ios 7 or 8 idevice support exfat so why the the ixpand and the app doesnt not support exfat to ! Thats a big problem for me ! I wish they will fix this soon

Love this little gadget! Its easy, its smart (so I dont need to be), its adaptable to my other technical gadgets. Need it? Get it! You wont be sorry.
