Drive not recognized in IXpand Sync yesterday

Running IOS 9.0.2 in iPhone 6+,
Windows 10 in PC.
I had expected functioning device & software and find myself taught a harsh lesson on reliability.
Customer satisfaction is something entirely different - quite definitely!
